Can you please identify this plant in the attached image from a 1772 illustration from Kannur district of Kerala, painted by a Britisher?
Please note the spur on the calyx of the fruits.

However, Vitex leucoxylon has zygomorphic, bilabiate flowers borne in corymbose cyme and the fruit does not have a spur on the calyx.

The flowers in my image are more Actinomorphic like that of a Ceiba pentandra and the fruits have a calyx spur.

Comments please.
