"Dear Mr. Garg,

Your plant does not seem to be Pavonia because it should have had 10 style-arms. Though the number of style-arms in the picture can not be counted clearly, they appear to be 5. That means it may be Hibiscus. I am not able to place the species. You will have to refer to the state flora. The number of carpels will help to identify the species. Regards
