It should be Spermacoce hispida L. as per comparative images at Spermacoce and as per keys at Flora of China

Thanks Saroj ji for local name of S. hispida.

I think the posted plant could be S. alata ... there seems slight variation in leaves. Hoping those familiar to, will comment and validate.

Here is one good page to check for S. alata ... Urban Forest.

Dear Dinesh Ji,

The Nepali name is actually for B. articularis but different links have different syn. 
So I am not sure which is the correct one .

Main worry seems to be that the inflorescence in Saroj ji's post seems to be terminal.
However, on going through description in Flora of China (Inflorescences axillary and infrequently apparently also terminal, 6-15 mm in diam., few to several flowered) in Spermacoce alata Aublet, I am now satisfied that this plant is more closer to images at Spermacoce alata Aubl.
