I will go for Spiraea bella as per Flora of China description, for the time being as it looks different from images at Spiraea vaccinifolia D.Don

I saw the Keys available in Flora of Nepal- Online Flora (as per this Spiraea micrantha and Spiraea bella are very close).
As per these keys and detailed description, it is Spiraea bella only.
