Dinesh ji
E. antiquorum is closer to E. royleana in having distinctly winged stem, and three lobed fruit. The two are differentiated as under:

E. antiquorum: Stem 3(or 4) winged, wings thin and irregularly dentate, 1-2 cm wide.

E. royleana: Stem 5-5 angular, angles undulating and produced into wings

Prashant ji
these three-lobed star shaped structures are fruits.
