Thanks, Sudhansu ji.
Nearest name with distribution in Arunachal Pradesh I found is Begonia aborensis Dunn.
But images of this species at the following do not match with the images of Dipankar ji.

Not at all. B.aborensis. The images what you have send is Begonia burkilli  (? ), may be a hybrid.Pl find enclosed the image of aborenensis in the following mail. The mail flowers in B. aborenensis has only 4 petal, while in female FL. It ranges from 2_4. The photo from anjaw is a male flower.

Some feedback:
"My full name is Dudley Randall Montes Kerr. I am called "Randy", and my FaceBook name is Randy Kerr. I am a moderator of Planet Begonia on Face Book. I am active in the American Begonia Society, working with the Unidentified Species List. I raise about 200 species, in terrariums, in our Southern California Garden, and a few as potted windowsil" plants. I grow B. rex, thomsonii, a rare swamp native Begonia species, U545 from northwest India, annulata, a number of forms of hatacoa, and several other Indian species. Incidentally, the plant seen at https://groups.google.com/forum/?oldui=1#!topic/indiantreepix/LjSWqRaOOII is B. annulata."

Thanks a lot, Randy ji.
