Lagerstroemia?

I presume it is some variety of (tree) Lagerstroemia. My place. Juvenile tree. Shot around 14 August '10. the tree has become abot 8'-9' although because of being too crowded,it has not developed healthily.

i think this is looks like Ixora plant .

I have a plant of Ixora. The leaves are very different. Ixora does not have this long and drooping leaves which in itself if a pretty sight.  Then Ixora probably does not go so tall.
