I think it is Lonicera caprifolium

Really nice flowers and photographs.
I am again getting confused. Two separate mails on same genus, from same place under two different name: Nalini Bhat and Nabha Meghani.

In Lonicera caprifolium the leaves below the flower cluster are wholly connate:


In your plant they are distinct and as such it should be Lonicera periclymenum
