Dear all,
Please help me to identify this small herb found on a foot pathway in an estate in Valparai of western ghats. 

Height: 15-20 cm spread
Leaf: pubescent; 3cm long
Flower: white; 0.7cm long

Date: 26 Aug 2012
Place: Valparai, TN
Alt.: 930 m asl

Dear Santhishji, is there any other synonym for Anotis quadrilocularis (syn. Neanotis quadrilocularis)? I think it is not earlier reported from Tamil Nadu, so may I ask you the literature  in which this plant is described?
