Urticaceae for ID ABAUG2016/35

This one looked like the stinging nettle from a distance but up close its smooth leaves and lack of stinging hairs pointed to another species. I touched the leaves without feeling any sting. Which species could it be? Please advise.

Thank you Mr Swamy. It had no stinging hairs despite its close resemblance to U. dioica.

Urtica dioica var. afghanica is often without stinging hairs. This may be checked, the area is not far away from Himalayas.

I also checked Urtica hyperboreaUrtica mairei and Urtica pilulifera from BSI Flora of India (with distribution shown in Himachal), but found these also having stinging hairs

From the distribution given in POWO, I think it is quite possible that Urtica dioica subsp. afghanica may be found in Himachal, India- from me
