Spiranthes sinensis (Pers.) Ames ??

Two more sp.listed in Nepal.

Spiranthes sinensis var. amoena (Pers.) Ames

Spiranthes spiralis (L.) Chevall.

Its not easy to make this out, but this could be Spiranthes himalayensis.

Need to dissect.

It has been suggested as Spiranthes spiralis (L.) Chevall. and 

flowering  phenology also matching I guess.
