Looks like some Asystasia ... please wait for comments.
In the meanwhile, please let know whether this plant found growing wild OR a garden plant ?

To me it look like cultivated Barleria sp.

Please always send some important details regarding the pants: wild or cultivated, habit, place of photograph, height of plant, size of flowers and fruits, etc.
I thought it is Duranta repens cultivar

As per Plant for ID : Ornamental 24/11/2011 SMP1:
"I think it might be a cultivated for of Asystasia nemorum but may respond more certainly later
