Please id this straggler. Could this be any Euphorbiaceae member?

Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type- 

Riparian; pendulous

Plant Habit-

straggler

Height/Length- 


Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- 

10 x 5cm; membraneous

Inflorescence Type/ Size- 

raceme

Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts- 

yellowish-white

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds- 

Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.-

Flowers remind me of Croton. Any chance of C. caudatus???
