Saroj ji, if you are meaning to ask about basis of Celosia argentea L. and Celosia cristata L. being treated as separate / distinct species, I am referring to the following:

I also feel there should be differences based on flowers. But according to POWO all are argentea and 

as per Mr. Garg we follow POWO.

It is best that Garg ji, Tabish, and all those familiar with Celosia spp. put forth their thoughts to resolve the distinction between Celosia argentea L. and Celosia cristata L.
