Anisomeles indica (Ran Tulas)
Family : Lamiaceae
with its stromg aromatic smell is in full bloom in many areas in the outskirts of Pune, Maharashtra.
I hope the ID is correct.

What are the star like dots on the leaves?

Shrikant Ingalhalikar has IDed this plant as Hyptis suaveolens
Additional information:
Marathi name Darp Tulas. Family : Lamiaceae
Common roadside weed in all ranges.
Large perennial shrub. Four angled stem and branches.Leaves opposite 3-6 cm ovate,acuminate.

The star like dots are due to sharpened image related to pubescent(hairy) nature of the leaves.
