Dear Garg ji & all,
This tree was seen at Matheran,Maharashtra on 7 th March '09. This tree is very fascinating and every part is used by humans. The wood is used boat making, furniture, musical instruments, flowers for colour, leaves as a vegetable and so on.
The foliage stands out in a crowd of trees, and its leaves are generally imparipinnate but sometimes paripinnate as seen in the second pic where the foreground leaf is imparipinnate and the other two leaves are paripinnate.
