I feel based on photos this might be
Coleus pallidus (Wall.) A.J.Paton, PhytoKeys 129: 81. 2019. Anisochilus pallidus Wall., Pl. Asiat. Rar. 2: 18. 1830.Reported in Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and West Bengal.
Leaf characters are matching. Flowers could not be enlarged.
