Corchorus species ... most possibly C. aestuans ... have found it having tendency of growing prostrate ... commonly known as: East Indian mallow, jute, West African mallow • Kannada: ಚುಮ್ಚು ಗಿಡ chunchu gida • Sanskrit: चुञ्चु chunchuh • Telugu: kajati, kalasa, నేల బెర nela bera, పట్ట patta

Corchorus sp for sure can't confirm species without close shots

Corchorus species indeed. If you have any pictures with fruit it may be helpful for ID.
