Rubus idaeus L. does not have distribution in India as per POWO.

Dear sir, there is difference in leaves, and fruits. But let me collect flowers of same this year, may be flowers will help.

Dear Sir in Rubus niveus Leaves are imparipinnate, (5–)7–9(–11)-foliolate, and here it is typically trifoliate. please consider it for discussion again.

Flowers Pink or red:

Leaflets 3.

Large rambling shrubs: flowers solitary or in pairs … Rubus foliolosus D. Don (synonym for Rubus niveus Thunb.)

Low procumbent shrubs; flowers in short terminal racemes … Rubus foliolosus var. racemosus (Hook.f.) B.D. Naithani (synonym for Rubus niveus Thunb.)

Leaflets 5-7, upper sometimes with 3 leaflets … Rubus niveus Thun.
