A plant which came up in a pot in our garden.

Is this Solanum nigrum or S americanum?

+	Anthers more than 2 mm; fruiting calyx reflexed or not; fruit mostly more than 8 mm in diam., somewhat shiny or dull; corolla more than 5 mm. Fruiting calyx applied to berry; berry dull black; plants copiously and evidently pubescent with erect and spreading hairs; leaves dentate or subentire, ovate to lanceolate ............................................Solanum nigrum
