Me.................................The plant seems to be interesting. The leaves are clearly oblique at base and shape more or less like E. hirta, but the capsule, leaves and stem are glabrous like hypericifolia. Let us see other opinions............................And yes Prashant ji, in E. maculata the cyathia are solitary in leaf axils and not in clusters as here.
Vijayasankar ji................If the cyathia are in capitate clusters/cymes on 1-3 cm long peduncles, then it could be E. indica.
Neil ji............................. It looks like Euphorbia parviflora [Gulabi Dudhi].
Tanay & Sevalakshmi.........Yes E. indica
