I am confused about the synonym . Only CoL says it has synonym but not others.

Thank you Anil Ji!

Hi, Saroj ji,
Lysimachia debilis Wall. as per Annotated checklist of Flowering plants of Nepal (1200-2900 m; Chitral, Himalaya (Kashmir to Sikkim), Khasia, Assam, Burma, ?Thailand)
Lysimachia debilis Wall. in Roxb., Fl. Ind. (Carey ed.). 2:25. 1824. = Lysimachia japonica ssp. japonica as per Flora of Pakistan (Kashmir to Yunnan, E. China, Formosa, Ryukyu Islands, Japan, Sumatra, Java and N.S. Wales (Port Jackson, introduced).
Lysimachia debilis Wallich in Roxburgh as per Flora of China  [China:  S Xizang; India, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand]
Lysimachia japonica Thunberg as per Flora of China [Bhutan, China, India (Darjeeling), Indonesia, Japan, Kashmir, Korea].

As per JSTOR
Lysimachia japonica Thunb. [family PRIMULACEAE] (stored under name); Verified by Eona Aitken,
Type of Lysimachia debilis Wall. [family PRIMULACEAE] (modified on 2009-05-29)

Catalogue of Life is the most updated document in which they have considered position in all the three efloras (Pak, China and Nepal) as well as BSI Flora of India and they continue to change every day unlike the fixed data of 2012 in The Plant List.

POWO is based on their own kew database i.e. WCSP. Here The Plant List is based on Tropicos (a compilation of data based on Flora of China) and not on WCSP (as they do not have cured data with them for this). The Plant List use their own curated data of WCSP otherwise, where ever available.

If you understand the above relationships and go through the references in efi site, things may become more clearer to you for considering details in efi site.

I am reviewing all related posts in view of Ashwini ji's post at Lysimachia debilis ABJUL2019/01
I do find the key character of Plants red to black glandular punctate or striate as per keys in Flora of China for Lysimachia debilis
However, this key character may not be visible in smaller images or in posts lacking close up of the backside of the leaves.

This one is again likely L. debilis, as the red glands are visible on corolla and leaves.
