Hyptis suaveolens (L.) Poit., Ann. Mus. Hist. Nat. 7:472, t. 29, fig. 2. 1806
syn:  Ballota suaveolens L.

Common names: horehound, pignut, wild spikenard, Chan

Tall reaching 2 m in height, covered with white hairs; leaves ovate wrinkled; flowers pink or white, small. Used as pseudocereal in Latin America. Also used as refreshing health drink and in medicine to control diarrhea.

Interesting photo, in Maharashtra we don't get such long spike in H. suaveolens. atleast i have not seen.
