(060509SCS1-3) Ficus pumila type small plant from Delhi

It is not Ficus pumila. It was spreading on the ground in the dry and barren flower-bed of ITI Nand Nagari, Delhi this morning.
Tiny white flowers were also blooming, not more than 1 to 4 on each plant.
 
ID request please.
