Sorry for the late reply, I have found one web page which is from Purdue University (https://www.purdue.edu/hla/sites/famine-foods/famine_food/chenopodium-album-2/). It says Bhatua arak as a Santali name. It's transcription shall be ᱵᱟᱹᱛᱷᱩᱣᱟ ᱟᱲᱟᱜ

Also, many adivasi people mostly use Bathua for Chenopodium album
