Habit- herbaceous plant with dissected leaves and bright yellow flowers

Habitat- subalpine meadows, open fields

Altitude-3400m

Location- Sural bhatori (Pangi)

Date- July 2021

To me it looks like close to C. govaniana

Please confirm
