After checking all the species, I think Combretum roxburghii Spreng., is a close possibility as per GBIF specimen- one.

On further checking, it appears more closer to Combretum wallichii var. flagrocarpum (C.B.Clarke) M.G.Gangop. & Chakrab., as per GBIF specimens- one, two, three.
