Location-Place, Chennai outskirts.

Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type- Wild  :  Wild in a waste land

Plant Habit-Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb- Herb : Herb 

Height/Length- 6 " (?)  

Flower – white

Yes, appears to be Spermacoce ocymoides as per comparative images at Spermacoce
