I think I see a bulb below the leaves and inflorescence  emerging from the apex of the bulb. I am oils say this is a Liparis. But it’s just a guess. I will take a closer look later and get back to you.

Actually why not Liparis resupinata!! The colour could be because of heat and humid conditions but not normal colour.
