Given that there are uncertainties about how to distinguish between certain species of Anemone these images areinadequate for me to do anything but speculate.PLEASE on future occasions, ensure MANY more images are taken per plant encountered including upper and lower surfacesof flowers, stem and basal foliage (both upper and lower surfaces) habit and habitat.Would you also provide an approximate altitude.I cannot justify devoting any more time to these images at this time - however there appears something distinctive about them,so MIGHT be able to return in the future and suggest an identification.IF the equivalent in a pressed specimen was sent to Kew, it would, in all probability, be discarded.
