Dear Gurcharan ji,
i also think this plant is Ixora polyantha Wight, lc. Pl. Ind. Or. t. 1066. 1846. Hook. f., Fl. Brit Ind. 3: 140. 1880; Cooke, Fl. Pres. Bomb. 1: 609. 1902; Talbot, For. Fl. Bomb. Pits. & Sind 2: 112. 1911.

Adding the description of the plant from eflora of Pakistan

Small shrub, branches glabrous. Leaves 10-30 x 4-12 cm, acute or acuminate, shortly petioled; stipules long cuspidate. Inflorescence of terminal, large, 7-12 cm broad, corymbose cyme. Flowers white; bracts c. 3.5 mm long, caducous; bracteoles linear, acuminate. Calyx tube, short, c. 1.5 mm long, lobes more than twice as long as the ovary, ovate-lanceolote, acute, glabrous. Corolla tube 20-25 mm long, glabrous, lobes c. 6 mm long, reflexed, mouth glabrous. Anthers linear, c. 2.5 mm long. Stigma branches recurved. Fruit and seeds not seen.
