It was posted by Prashant ji in 2015 as per details at Fabaceae (Faboideae)Fortnight::For ID ::Andaman::PKA-OCT-109:

This subspecies was published as Desmodium heterocarpon subsp. ovalifolium addition to the flora of India from South Andaman Islands, India– Mudavath Chenna Kesavulu Naik, Lal Ji Singh- March 2021, Endangered Species Research 22(69):80-83.

Again highlighting that so many species, subspecies, records are posted here even much before their publication.
