ID OF THE 2 INSECTS ON FLOWERS OF TOLOLING, DRASS LOC, 14000-15000 FT

Dear Garg jee,

Would any of the members have an idea of these two insects on Hymenolaena candollei, Tololing battlefield, 14000-15000 feet, pic taken on July 29, 2024. The Tololing heights are restricted to zoological and botanical researchers. 

The battle of Tololing was waged from May 22, 1999, to June 13, 1999, and was reckoned as the 'turning point' of the Kargil War - Op Vijay.  The fall of Tololing lent the belief to the Indian armed services that Kargil could be taken back from the Pakistan Army entrenched on the dominating heights.
