May be due to recent publication as below (pdf available at link):
Ototropis, a Genus Separated from Desmodium (Leguminosae) - Hiroyoshi Ohashia and Kazuaki Ohashib- J. Jpn. Bot. 87: 108–118 (2012) (Abstract- Desmodium subgenus Dollinera is recognized as the genus Ototropis Nees. A new infrageneric system of the genus, a new section Hayataea, and new combinations for 2 sections, 2 series, 13 species, 1 subspecies, 3 varieties, and 1 form are proposed. Keys to
the sections, series, and species of Ototropis, to the infraspecific taxa of O. elegans, and to those of O. megaphylla are presented. Dollinera Endl. is regarded as a superfluous name, for Ototropis, whereas Desmodium sect. Dollinera Benth. is validly published as a new name. Two species of Desmodium, D. garhwalensis Dangwal & Gaur and D. likabalium Bennet & Chandra, are newly included in Ototropis as synonyms)

Thank you Mr. Garg!  Only curious because no other sites mentioned that name except for POWO.
