Etymology No.6- Millingtonia hortensis- Bignonaceae.

Millingtonia - Named after Thomas Millington, English Botanist of 18 th century.

hortensis- grown in garden.

The popular Tamil name for this plant is 'Mara Malli'  ñó ñ™ô¤ meaning 'Tree jasmine'.
