These were observed growing in a number of places at the base of Borgad last month.
I had posted the same from other locations in Nasik earlier.
Seems close to Chamaecrista pumila.
For validation.

Not Chamaecrista pumila (Lam.) K.Larsen as the glands on the petiole do not appear to be stalked.
This may be Chamaecrista leschenaultiana (DC.) Degener or Chamaecrista nomame, depending upon the no. of stamens as per keys at Chamaecrista
Pl. show us the cropped close up image showing stamens or post a high res. image, from which this character can be checked.

Yes, appears to be Chamaecrista pumila (Lam.) K.Larsen, as per keys and comparative images at Chamaecrista.
I can see the stalked glands at the base of the petioles.
