To me also it appears close as per illustration at

As per book link (2011), collections from India assigned to M. orthoceras (which see) appear to be M. polyceratia, but I have not identified them as latter species, as additional study is necessary. Pl. see high resolution herbarium specimen at

Please check for Trigonella species. T. monantha/ T. incisa etc. Flora of Pakistan will be helpful.

Distributed as  Medicago species- Panipat
The three suggested species are closely related and were in fact placed under the same species Trigonella polycerata L. in FBI, which is now considered a different species and Indian wrongly applied to Indian plants. More so all three, formerly under Trigonella are now placed under Medicago, M. incisa merged with M. monantha. M. monantha differs in longer fruit (4-10 cm long) as against less than 3 cm in M. orthoceras (2-3 cm). On that count M. monantha looks better ID.
