The well developed spores and rhizome could gave some clues. It is very young....could be similar species as suggested by Kholia Ji

But as of young leaf I will go with Oleandra wallichii (Hook.) C. Presl if it is epiphytic than Coniogramme or Diplazium, as it is common at that altitude in Central Nepal.
