I find some difference between specimens named as C. involucratum DC. and those named as C. verutum (D. Don) Spreng.] as per GBIF
Now C. involucratum DC. is a synonym of C. verutum (D. Don) Spreng.

On further checking, Sawmliana ji's plant may be different.
Hi, Sawmliana ji,
May I request you to pl. post high resolution images.
It appears more closer to Cirsium shansiense Petr. as per this GBIF link.
