Smilax zeylanica L. is stout spinous tendril climber from Yercaud area of Tamilnadu at an altitude of 1300m

I think more closer to Smilax ovalifolia Roxb. ex D.Don rather than Smilax zeylanica L. as per images and details herein (based on the relative size of the umbel and the pedicels).
