It is Gynura amplexicaulis Oliv. & Hiern, head reddish.

There are two plants here.

One with prominent foliage is something like Blumea.

Another one is Emilia sonchifolia as per images and details herein, but the foliage is hidden.

The heads in this plant look different from Gynura as per comparative images herein.
