I think this is a Maesa sps. (Myrsinaceae). Please check with M. indica and allied species.

I think it may be Maesa manipurensis Mez in Engler as per  http://www.efloras.org/object_page.aspx?object_id=2411&flora_id=2 
It is not matching with images of Maesa indica
