In my earlier post I had mixed up plants of two species

I am now sharing Ruta graveolens, cultivar 'Prostratus' from University of California Botanical Garden. 
The species is distinct from R. chalepensis in entire narrower petals, 5 in central flower and 4 in surrounding flowers.
