I am not sure which Clerodendrum this can be?
Seen in Pune 30Jan 2009.
I have tried to show the features which were observed like Opp  dentate leaves. Base cordate.
Inflorescence is visible.
It had drooping branches hanging from the height of 12 -15 feet.

Clerodendrum multiflorum, this scandent shrub can grow into a small
tree also. 'Iran' is the local name. Rgds
