Hi, Saroj ji,
Clinopodium nepalense (syn: Micromeria nepalensis Kitam. & Murata of Checklist of Nepal) also looks close as per GBIF specimens- one, two, three

You have to post the keys to know the exact species.

Till than it is a mixture of M.biflora and Micromeria biflora var. hispida

I am looking for keys between Clinopodium nepalense (syn: Micromeria nepalensis Kitam. & Murata of Checklist of Nepal) and Micromeria biflora.
