Common Name:  बरका (Marathi) , Purple Smithia
Family: Fabaceae
Conservation status: NA
Photographed: 05th Jan., 2010
Location: Bhimashankar WLS (Maharashtra)
Habitat Type : Hilly terrain (Sahyadri)
Camera: OLYMPUS SP570UZ
Lens: OLYMPUS ED LENS AF ZOOM 4.6 - 92 mm, 1:2.8 - 4.6
Description:  Small annual herb, occasional in moist grasslands at hills and slopes  .  
Flowering: October- January.

Kindly suggest it distribution.

Dear Rajesh ji,
I had seen it flowering in Malshej Ghat region (Harishchandragad, Nimgiri, Hadsar, Jivdhan etc), Bhandardara- Kalsubai - Kulang,  Wandhre-Bhimashankar region etc.
 
Here is one from Kulang & Wandhre-Bhimashankar region...
