Nice picture and great work dear Dinesh ji,
The true സാമ്പാർ ചീര sambar cheera is Talinum fruticosum.  However offshore people may using it for culinary purposes because it's mucus characteristics.  Both Malayalam and English names are correct.
കൊഴുപ്പ kozhuppa (means mucus) is another name, regards, Sam.

You are correct about the സാമ്പാർ ചീര being Talinum fruticosum, ... Shall I revise the English spelling to saambaar cheera ?
Will incorporate the additional name shortly.
