It's quite different from the vegetative characters of Alysicarpus ovalifolius.

There is a chance of Alysicarpus vaginalis as soroj sir said but flower is also needed for final confirmation

I think Shantanu ji may be right, as there are lot variations in this taxa as seen at
https://efloraofindia.com/2015/10/28/alysicarpus-ovalifolius/

He is an expert on this genus.
