Filicium decipiens
Seen at Sipna near Sinhgad.
Family : Sapindaceae
Probably an ornamental plant. Also called as fern tree as the leaves look like that of Fern.

Thanks Gargji for links about it on the group database.K.Saravanan  has posted a beautiful tree.
The tree which I have photographed is still very small and I am sure it will grow into a beautiful tree.For observation in Pune..... One of these trees is there on Bhandarkar road and other one in Empress garden(Pune city)
