This herb was seen alongside the trek on the slopes at an elevation of around 12,500 ft. while trekking from Seshnag Camp (12,000 ft.) to Mahaguna (Ganesh) Top (14,800 ft.) on 8.7.26.
Appears somewhat close to 
Potentilla cuneata Wallich ex Lehmann, but different as per

Not Potentilla clarkei, because the basal leaves of potentilla clarkei are pinnate with 5-7 leaflets,
even the flower is also different. Please check 
Potentilla doubjonneana Cambess.
